Meal planning has saved me so much money. Before I started meal planning, I would just run to the store whenever I ran out of something. 168. Complain if you’re not happy with a service
I hate it when people complain for no reason and they’re rude when they do. So, you should never complain just to save money. However, if a service is subpar, then complaining is perfectly acceptable, and it could get you free money.
A while back, our cell service was terrible. The company blamed it on damage to a cell tower in our area, but they took months to repair it. We couldn’t make or receive calls without getting cut off. After about 3 months of this, my husband called up and complained politely. The company gave us 3 months of cell service for free!
Also, another time, we paid for next day delivery when we ordered something online. The item took 3 days to arrive. Again, my husband called up to explain the situation, and we were given a refund for the delivery cost.
