Yes, decorating even one room can cost you $100s or even $1000s depending on how much stuff you plan to purchase.
That’s a lot of money. If you’ve moved into a new place and need to decorate every room, the cost can be even more.
Some stores charge so much for things that aren’t even that well-made. We think, how the heck can this plastic vase cost $100?
That’s how I felt last time I redecorated. Now, when I want some new curtains or a piece of furniture, I go to the stores that I’m going to list below.
All of them provide quality items at really affordable prices.
This means that you can redecorate your home without clearing out what feels like your entire bank balance!
Now, of course, the word “cheap” is subjective. What’s cheap to one person is expensive to another. So, do have a look at a few stores from the list to determine which ones best suit your particular budget.
All of the stores below are affordable for most budgets though – so don’t worry.
Here are my top 31 cheap home décor stores…
Cheap Home Decor Shopping Websites
Let’s start with online home decos stores where you can get quality decor for great prices.
Shop everything from furniture to storage and organization with Overstock. There are so many discounts available on the store, like, at the time of writing, 15% off select furniture and 10% off lighting. Plus, you get free shipping on lots of different pieces saving you even more money.
Wayfair has some beautiful home décor pieces to suit all styles. You can get free shipping on orders of $35 or more. Not everything on Wayfair is super cheap, as you’ll find products from some more expensive brands on the site. But, many of the pieces on there are super cheap, and good quality too. I’ve bought quite a few items, like area rugs and lighting from there and all of it was well-priced and good quality.
3. Birch Lane
If you’re looking to make your home more beautiful on a budget, then you should definitely check out Birch Lane.
The store provides home décor to suit all styles, whether you’re looking for farmhouse, traditional, coastal, or rustic-style furniture. Prices are reasonable, and there’s even a sale section where you can get awesome deals on furniture and other home décor pieces.

Amazon is great place to shop for pretty much everything, including home décor. Furniture, bedding, wall art, throw pillows, and many more home furnishings are available on the site, and everything is cheap.
Prime members can also enjoy free shipping on many items. You’ll often find deals like coupons, and daily deals available on there too.

Most people think of Urban Outfitters as a place to buy clothes. For home décor though it’s just as good offering prices lower than those you’d find at its sister brand Anthropologie. It offers bohemian-style home décor pieces. You can get free shipping on many items.
Urban Outfitters even has a rewards program where you can earn points. For every 100 points you earn, you can get a $5 reward.
For unique pieces, and vintage items, Etsy is awesome. The site has so many home décor pieces, from antique dressers, to modern art pieces, that it’s just a good place to shop for anyone looking for home décor pieces.
What I like about the site over some of the others on the list, is that you can find more traditional-style pieces on there. I actually prefer more classic décor. Many places nowadays do more modern or boho-style pieces, and while you’ll also find those items on Etsy, there’s also plenty to choose from if you’re like me and prefer more traditional and classic home décor pieces.
Nordstrom Rack is another one that’s usually associated with clothing. Head on over to the “Home” tab on the site though, and you’ll find a bunch of beautiful pieces that can breathe new life into your home.
With products at up to 70% off, and free shipping on orders of $89 or more, Nordstrom Rack provides some awesome savings. There’s even a clearance section where you can find even better deals!
You might associate clothing with H&M. However, the store also has a nice selection of home décor pieces. You’ll find stylish throw pillows, laundry baskets, curtains, and much more here. It’s better for finishing touches, like artwork, storage baskets, throws, and vases, rather than furniture.
