Whether you are a high school student or someone older interested in enrolling, college can be an extremely expensive investment. That’s why we have compiled this list of college scholarships to help you get an education and save money in college so you don’t have to pile up massive student debt.
Many people don’t apply for scholarships because they feel like they aren’t qualified. However, this results in a lot of free money for college not being given out because students aren’t applying.
According to a study by NerdWallet U.S. high school graduates left over $2.9 billion in free federal grant money on the table in the 2015 academic year. That’s just crazy. Government is giving away free money and students aren’t taking advantage of it.
Here is a list of scholarships out there for single mothers, men, women, high school students, military members, and many others.
