I always seem to be running out of laundry detergent, and the cost of purchasing it soon adds up. That’s why I like getting free laundry detergent samples.
Getting samples is beneficial for a couple of reasons:
- You can test out new products before you have to part with cash: Trying a laundry detergent sample first means that don’t you have to part with cash on a huge bottle of detergent that you may not even like. Instead, you can try out a small sample and see if it’s for you, without having to spend money or ending up with a full-sized bottle of detergent that you don’t like.
- It saves you money: We have enough products to spend money on, right? So, why not get a collection of samples instead? You’ll save yourself money.
But, just where can you find these freebies?
Well, that’s what today’s post is all about!

Places to Get Free Laundry Samples
Getting samples is much easier than you’d think. You just need to know where to look!
PINCHme is a website that mails out products from well-known brands like Olay and Purina.
It will mail out a box of free stuff to you. And you get to choose the samples that you test out. There are samples on offer in a variety of categories, like Pets, and Home & Family. The website sometimes offers laundry detergent samples. Previously, I’ve seen Method Detergent and Tide PODS Laundry Detergent offered by PINCHme.
Not only does PINCHme offer complimentary products, but it also ships them for free as well.
In exchange for these free products, you will need to provide your opinion on the products that you test out. Providing your feedback is a quick process though, as you only need to complete a short profile.
Get complimentary laundry detergent samples from brands like Persil and Tide with Freeosk. Freeosks are machines that give you free stuff. There are items available across lots of categories, and there are often samples of laundry detergent available.
You can find Freeosk machines in more than 1,300 locations across the country in stores like Walmart and Sam’s Club. There’s also a Freeosk app available where you can browse the products on offer.
SampleSource.com provides free samples in lots of different categories. So can find lots of products here, including laundry detergent. The site sometimes offers laundry detergent samples from well-known brands, like Persil and Arm & Hammer.
All you need to do is register with the site, complete your profile, and then select the samples that you want to try when they become available. It’s pretty simple really!
When samples that match your profile are available, the site will send you an email to let you know. Samples from the site are only available in the Spring, Summer, and Fall. You can only request free samples once per offer period, and there’s a limit of one package per household.
4. Sign up for newsletters
Many detergent brands have newsletters you can sign up for or at least an online account that you can register for on the brand’s official site. They send out things like coupons and exclusive savings to members. So you could get some details of free samples mailed to you or at least coupons that could get you a discount.
