Okay, so first, I’m going to cover websites and apps that offer fitness classes in a wide variety of categories. So these apps offer everything from ab workouts to HIIT training. Basically, they offer a mix of different workouts. If you’re looking for a variety of workouts and a cheap gym alternative, then give these places a try.
1. 30 Day Fitness Challenge
Get workouts you can do from home with the 30-Day Fitness Challenge App. It has lots to offer including, butt, abs, and full body challenges.

Sell offers tons of different workouts that are free!
There are lots of different exercises on offer like, a full-body workout for beginners that hits all your major muscles, a 20-minute low-impact HIIT workout for total-body strength, and a 15-minute butt and legs workout you can do anywhere.
Okay, so next we have the very popular Freeletics Training Coach app. With it, you can get 25 exercises, 20 HIIT bodyweight workouts, and 20 audio sessions, plus workout spots and a community of millions.
You can either install their free Android or iPhone app or just use their website to watch the workout videos and follow along.
Get 5 to 30 minute daily workout routines for men and women with the Daily Workout Fitness Trainer app.
There are more than 100 exercises on offer here plus videos that show you how to do each exercise! On offer are ten different 5 to 10 minute targeted workouts and 10 to 30 minute randomized full body workouts.
Find free fitness classes with Class FitSugar from POPSUGAR. Here, you’ll find a variety of online fitness classes from a 30 minute cardio and core workout to a 15-minute intense bodyweight workout.
6. Daily Ab Workout
You can get daily ab routines for men and women with Daily Ab Workout.

If you’re looking for a wide variety of online fitness classes, then checkout Adidas Training by Runtastic.
This app provides a variety of workouts like yoga, ab workouts, and boxing. It’s great for short workouts that you can easily fit into a busy schedule.
ClassPass is offering a selection of free home workout videos. It features more than 4,000 free on-demand online workouts that include HIIT and strength training, cardio, yoga, barre and more, so there’s plenty to choose from here!
Next on the list we have the Nike Training Club app. On offer are more than 185 free online fitness classes. There’s tons of offer, like bodyweight-only workouts that you can do with minimal to no equipment, yoga classes, cardio, and HIIT.
With the FitOn app, you can get free home exercise videos, personalized fitness plans, and guided mediations.
11. HIIT Workouts
With HIIT Workouts, you can get access to high intensity interval training workouts. There are 7-minute workouts available, which is ideal if you’re looking for free online classes that you can fit into a busy schedule.

Johnson & Johnson has an app that offers workout classes. It’s called the J&J Official 7 Minute Workout.
There are a ton of workouts on offer here. You can get access to a workout library that features more than 22 preset workouts, workouts ranging from 7 to 32 minutes, and 72 exercises and 22 workouts that you can actually customize to create more than 1,000 variations ranging in difficulty!
Overall, there are a lot of fitness classes on offer here.
13. Daily Butt Workout
With the Daily Butt Workout app, you can get a daily 5 to 10 minute daily butt and leg routine that you can do at home. If you’re looking for a quick online fitness class, then this could be the app for you!

Next up we have 8fit. It’s a workout app and meal planner. On the app, you’ll find more than 350 exercises with a variety of levels that you can progress through.
And, the app’s workouts only take 5 to 20 minutes. So, you can easily fit in a quick workout!
15. Workout for Women
You can get workouts you can do in just 7 minutes with the Workout for Women app. It’s great if you’re just getting started with fitness because it offers beginner-friendly exercises and no gym or workout equipment is needed to do the exercises.

Culpeper Sport & Fitness offers free live fitness classes on Zoom. And, you can even view archived videos. No equipment is usually required for the workouts either. There’s everything from yoga to aerobics to Zumba classes on offer.
HASfit, which stands for Heart And Soul fitness, has given away more than 100 million free workouts. It offers free, full length workout videos to suit all fitness levels. It offers everything from 45 minute resistance band workouts to 20 minute low impact HIIT.
Free Online Yoga Classes
Okay, so if yoga is more your thing, then you’ll definitely want to check out these websites and apps that offer free yoga classes.
18. Yoga 360
If you’re looking for free online yoga classes for beginners, then you might want to try Yoga 360. It’s an app that offers free yoga classes that you can do from home and no equipment is required.

Yogamour offers free yoga classes that have been donated by Yogamour teachers. You can find video classes on everything from yoga for your neck, shoulders and upper back to breathwork and meditation.
There’s so much on offer, making it a great resource for free online yoga classes.
YogiApproved.com has a great YouTube channel where you can watch free yoga classes. There are video classes available on everything from how to practice the downward facing dog to 7-day yoga programs.
21. CorePower Yoga
CorePower Yoga is a YouTube channel where you can watch a variety of yoga videos. You can find videos on everything from full-body yoga challenges to mediation.
Free Virtual Strength Training Classes (Kettlebell, Bodybuilding Programs & More)
When I work out, which is really not as often as I should, I prefer to train with weights. Kettlebells specifically. Barbells are great too for deadlifts. If you like weight training, then you’ll definitely want to give the sites below a try.
Here, you’ll find everything from kettlebell workouts to bodybuilding programs.
22. Onnit Academy
The Onnit Academy offers an awesome mix of training programs that include battle ropes, barbells, kettlebells, sandbags, steel clubs, steel maces, suspension, and bodyweight. For anyone looking to get in shape, the Onnit Academy is one of the best resources.
23. Breaking Muscle
Breaking Muscle offers a variety of workouts, such as powerful lower body strength routines, an 8-week workout plan for push up strength and power, and a 12 week workout routine for older athletes.
24. Muscle & Fitness
Find bodybuilding, powerlifting, and strength training workouts on offer at Muscle & Fitness.
26. Pro Gym Workout
If bodybuilding is your thing, give Pro Gym Workout a try. There are more than 120 exercises on offer on the app and a ton of workouts like cardio workouts, leg workouts, and ab workouts. And, there are a ton of fitness workouts and programs on offer too!
JEFIT Workout Tracker offers workouts to suit all fitness levels from beginner programs to advanced bodybuilding routines.
For anyone who enjoys doing weights over bodyweight exercises (as I do!), JEFIT Workout Tracker is great because it offers weightlifting, powerlifting, and kettlebell routines.
Free Celebrity Trainer Workouts
If you want workouts from a celebrity trainer, then make sure you check out these free workout classes.
Now, before you do, it’s important to note that most classes from celebrity trainers are not free indefinitely. Instead, most offer a free trial period where you can try out the workouts for free. So, if you do sign up for a free trial make sure that you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
28. Kira Stokes Fit
Kira Stokes has more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and has trained clients like Shay Mitchel, Ashley Graham, and Josh Groban.
The celebrity personal trainer and group fitness coach is known for her form-focused training, which includes strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports specific drills, barre, yoga and Pilates.
Stokes has an app called Kira Stokes Fit that’s free for 7 days. You can cancel at any time. After that, it costs $14.99 a month or $144.99 a year.
29. Don Saladino
Don Saladino has coached actors, athletes, musicians, and business executives for more than 20 years. He has trained a ton of Hollywood actors for the big screen including Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Liev Schreiber, Sebastian Stan, Anne Hathaway, Zachary Levi, Hugh Jackman, and David Harbour.
