I will update this post and add the link to it if and when I get an invitation link.
E-Rewards App
While the company says they have apps for both Android and iOS devices and they have links (on the homepage) to their supposed app on Google Play Store and Apple App Store, I couldn’t find their app. And the links to the app stores return a “Not Found” error. So for now, it seems like E-Rewards doesn’t have an app. Hopefully, they will fix this since a survey app is a great tool to have for any serious survey taker.
I personally love survey apps. You can install these free survey apps so you can take surveys on the go. It’s actually a great idea to install survey apps because they let you take surveys from anywhere and anytime. Most of us have small windows of time during the day where we have nothing to do but we don’t necessarily have access to our computer or laptop but we always have our phones with us.
Early for your dentist appointment? Have to wait in line for something? Taking a cab to the airport? Pull up the app and take a few surveys while you wait!
How Do I Earn Money?
You earn points for sharing your opinion on various surveys. The topics of these surveys are generally about products, services, and the ways to develop them into something fun and interesting for users.
Once you accumulate enough points, you can redeem them for gift cards for dozens of different companies. You can also apply your points to airlines to save money on flights by getting cheaper tickets.
To view available rewards to your account, log onto the site, click the “Rewards” button at the top of the page. From there, you can visit the Reward Center and check out what you can get for your amount of points.
How Much Can I Earn?
It’s hard to tell how much you can actually make with this company. They do not reveal much information about how long it takes to do a survey, what kind of rewards you can claim, and how much money a survey is worth.

Generally, most people report taking a few months to earn a $25 gift card. Many users on Reddit say that even if they consistently do surveys every time they get one sent to them, it will still take a long time to earn enough to redeem a reward.
Once you do it get a survey done, your account is credited immediately. Rarely it may take 7-10 days to receive credit, but these are usually only for payments that are very large.

Better Business Bureau Rating
Before taking part in the program, you will want to make sure that it’s not a scam. Here’s all the information that the Better Business Bureau has on e-Rewards.
This survey program is owned by the company Research Now Group, Inc.

They have been in business for 20 years. They do not have BBB accreditation. BBB rated the business a C. According to the average of 33 user reviews, they have a 3 star out of 5 rating. 183 complaints have been closed in the last 3 years, and 54 complaints closed in the last 12 months.
According to the BBB, on July 2017, BBB notified the company of its concerns prompted by patterns in complaints alleging the business closed, deactivated, froze, suspended, locked-out, or terminated the consumers’ e-Rewards accounts without warning, notice, or cause, making it impossible for consumers to redeem their e-Reward points.

Customer Reviews of E-Rewards
When checking out a new program to join, you should read what customers have to say about it. Here are a few user testimonials to give you a clear picture of what using the program is like.
“I’ve used e-rewards for a few years now. You likely won’t earn enough points for a big redemption, but it can be a good supplement to other methods of accruing points. One thing to note is that many of the partners limit how often you can transfer to them, so that’s something to keep in mind when calculating how much you can actually get out of the program,” said one Reddit user.
“I use e-rewards for Express gift cards. You have to get an invite from the site but if you sign up for newsletters from companies that advertise through e-rewards you can probably get one. Another way I read is to sign up for e-miles and occasionally they provide a 100pt cash out for an e-reward account,” said another Reddit user.
“I stopped using them because of their sheer amount of effort to actually get gift cards. They had a good selection and decent surveys, but some of them would take forever and pay out so little,” said a Reddit user.
Is E-Rewards Worth It?
While the opinion of the user base seems split, I can’t say I recommend this program.
While you don’t have to compete with a ton of users to get a spot on a survey, the questionable customer service and unclear earning estimates make the program seem like it isn’t worth the time.
