Taking surveys online is an awesome way to make money whether you want to get PayPal cash fast or earn some gift cards to buy Minecraft, but finding survey sites with no minimum payout requirement seems hard.
Not all survey websites pay fast, leaving you waiting weeks or even months to actually get paid.
When I’m looking for a good survey site to join, first I make sure it’s a legit site that is known to actually pay.
Right after that though I go straight to checking what the minimum payout is.
Why?
Because it’s really frustrating to join a great site, only to realize you’ve got to earn something ridiculous like $50 for surveys before you can actually cash out your money.

I like having consistent payments for surveys. I don’t like having to wait around before I can withdraw my earnings.
Some survey panels and sites require you to have $30 in your account (or even more in some cases) before you can actually cash out!
Others, like Swagbucks will have a very low $1 minimum and Qmee has no withdrawal limit at all.
I know which sites I’d be choosing!
If you’re like me and prefer to get money from surveys fast, then read today’s post.
I cover legit survey sites that have either no payout minimum at all or sites that have a low payout threshold, like $1 to $5.
So you can get your hard-earned money fast!
Why avoid survey sites with high payout limits?

The Problem with High Cash out Requirement
Before we get started on the list, I just wanted to cover a few reasons why you might want to avoid websites will high withdrawal limits…
You don’t get consistent payouts
If you take surveys regularly it can be a good way to get consistent payouts. It’s nice having money coming into your bank account regularly, even if it is in small increments. It just gives you a nice way to top up your balance.
Advertisements
However, when a website has a high payment threshold, like $30 for example, you can’t rely as much on a consistent payout schedule. There are going to be large gaps in your payments.
With a low payment threshold like $3, for example, or even $5 it’s much more likely that you’ll earn enough from surveys to be able to cash out monthly, every two weeks, or even weekly in some cases!
You can go into your account on each survey site you are part of and withdraw your earnings and get a payment around the same time every month from all of your survey panels!
It’s easier to track your earnings this way as well. If you’ve been looking to make a side income, using survey sites with no minimum payout (or a low minimum payout) is a good idea!
Your earnings can expire before you can cash them out
On some websites, the points and cash you earn expire. This means that if you earn $15 for example and then are busy and just don’t get the time to do surveys for a while to reach the $25 payout threshold a site has, then that $15 could expire and you’ve lost out on money you’ve earned.
When a website pairs an expiration time for points or cash with a high payout amount, there’s a huge chance you won’t receive your payments before your points expire.
Many sites will allow you to keep your points for a year until they expire. However, if you rarely get survey invitations from that site and the pay per survey is low, then reaching that minimum amount within that timeframe can be tough.
If your points expire, you’ll have to start out again, which can be frustrating.
You might get bored and give up with the site altogether
We humans love to be rewarded and if a site isn’t paying out for weeks or months on end, you can grow bored.
No one wants to work for free, but some of these sites with high payouts make it feel like you are!
Even if you’ve earned $5 for example in your survey balance, you might be so tired of a site never sending money to your PayPal account or giving you a gift card that you just don’t have the motivation to try and reach for a high $30 payout limit for example.
If you feel like you aren’t being rewarded for your time, you’ll get bored before you ever receive your first payment and stop using that site altogether, which wastes all the time you took taking surveys there.
I would recommend going with a site with a low minimum payout or none at all because those little payments will feel like a big reward and keep motivation high to keep doing surveys in the future.
The site could be a scam
I’ve lost count of the number of paid survey apps and websites that I’ve seen come and go over the years.
There seem to be new ones all the time and not all of them are legit.
One of the things that always put me off a site is if I notice that the payout threshold is high.
Now, this does not mean that a site is an outright scam.
There are plenty of legit sites out there that just have a high payout threshold. Like InboxDollars. It’s a legit site but you can’t withdraw your earnings until you’ve earned $30.
Sadly, that’s not the case for many other sites.
Many sites that turn out to be scams make it extremely hard for you to get paid so you just give up.
For example, a scam site may have a $30 withdrawal threshold. The site may pay $3 a survey, so you have to take 10 surveys before you can cash out. The survey site isn’t legit, doesn’t pay, and just got you to share your valuable information and opinions in 10 surveys all without spending a penny.
A lot of these scam sites will close your account down once you hit the payout limit.
Like I said above, a site is not a scam just because it has high cash out amount. But many scam sites do use this method to avoid paying out. Just something to keep in mind!
If you do see a site with a high payout limit or any survey website for that matter, take the time to research it online.
Websites like Trustpilot, Reddit, and BBB are all good places to find customer reviews.
You can also browse our site for lists of legit survey websites (we even have lists of international paid surveys and UK survey sites) like these UK survey sites). We also do reviews of many survey apps and websites, so do check those out as well.
That’s why survey sites that don’t have a minimum payout are so great!
You get cash fast!
Let’s get started on the list…
Low or No Minimum Survey Sites
Below, you’ll find a list of survey sites with no payout minimum at all or a super low minimum – $5 or less!
This means that you can withdraw your earnings after taking just one survey if you want to. Awesome, right?
These survey sites have lots of different payment options available as well, from PayPal payments to gift cards to well-known retailers like Amazon, Walmart, and the Xbox store.
Here are survey sites that pay fast…
1. Qmee
- No minimum payout
Let’s start out with Qmee.
If you’re looking for survey sites that pay instantly via PayPal, then Qmee is the website for you.
It is a rewards website where you can make money from lots of different tasks, including taking surveys.
The website has no minimum cash-out amount!
That’s right, none! So you can have your earnings sent to your PayPal account within minutes. Or you can redeem for an Amazon gift card.
Aside from surveys, you can also earn money shopping online and searching the internet.
- Visit the Qmee website here.
2. 1Q
- Minimum payout: $0.25
1Q is a survey website rather than an app that you can use to take really short surveys.
What’s great about the app is that you get paid $0.25 instantly every time you answer a simple question. The money is sent right to your PayPal account.
Here’s where you can get the app:
3. InstaGC
- Minimum payout: $1 (for some gift cards it’s $5)
Next on the list we have InstaGC. Like with Qmee, InstaGC pays you for doing lots of different tasks.
This includes taking surveys. You can have your money withdrawn from your account in minutes!
You can withdraw your earnings to PayPal, but there’s a fee of 20 points charged.
There are loads of gift card options available though, like:
- Amazon
- Olive Garden
- Petco
- Pizza Hut
- iTunes
- Kohl’s
- Marriot
- Marshalls
- Walmart
- Target
- Netflix
In fact, there are more than 330 gift card options available.
Awesome, hey?
You only have to earn $1 to withdraw your earnings for a gift card to Amazon!
On InstaGC you can withdraw your earnings in different denominations. For example, the smallest denomination you can withdraw a Gamestop gift card for is $5.
Like I said with Amazon though you only have to earn $1! You can also get $1 gift cards for Walmart and for plenty of other retailers.
- Start making money InstaGC here.
4. SurveySavvy
- Minimum payout: $1
You can withdraw your earnings with just $1 in your account with SurveySavvy.
Just sign up and complete your profile. When your profile matches the basic criteria for a specific survey, SurveySavvy will send you an invite via email to take part. The invitation will also tell you how much you can expect to earn from the survey.
The only problem with SurveySavvy though is that it pays by check. There’s no option for PayPal or gift cards, which is annoying, right?
So you’ll have to wait 4 to 12 weeks to actually get your cash. This can sort of negate the point of that low withdrawal limit because you have to wait ages to get your money anyway. Still though, it’s nice to know you can withdraw your money after earning just $1.
- Visit SurveySavvy here.
5. Darwin’s Data
- Minimum payout: $25 but that’s just 1 survey!
Take just one survey at Darwin’s Data, and you can cash out for a $25 Tango gift card. This can be redeemed for gift cards to retailers, like:
- Walmart
- Amazon
- Best Buy
- Burger King
- Disney
- Domino’s
- eBay
- GameStop
- Gap
- Google Play
So there are lots of redemption options available.
- Visit the Darwin’s Data website here.

- Minimum payout: $3
This website will pay you after just one survey. Each survey pays $3.
Once you’ve earned 300 points ($3), your earnings will automatically be redeemed for a check and sent to your home address.
After that, you can choose to withdraw your earnings however you’d like. Payment options include:
- Check
- PayPal
- Visa gift card
You can choose to withdraw your earnings with as little as $3 or choose to redeem when you have $5 or $15 instead.

A few tips and things to keep in mind for success with paid online surveys
Taking surveys online can be a great way to make money fast. There are a few things you can do though to boost your chances of success!
Be aware of scams
Sadly, not all survey websites are legit. So do be careful if you’re using a new survey website.
A legit site (like the ones we listed above) will never make you pay to join.
If a survey site says you have to pay to join it’s safe to say that it’s a scam!
Set up an email account just for surveys
Since you’ll likely be getting lots of survey invites and other emails from the survey panels you join, it can be a good idea to set up a separate email account just for survey websites.
That way, you keep your regular inbox clutter-free!
Join multiple survey websites
You likely won’t meet the criteria for every survey offered on a single site. That’s just not how it works.
Some surveys will want women in their 40s who are college-educated and others will want Hispanic men in their 20s. The criteria really do vary a lot depending on the demographic that the survey is looking to poll.
This means that there may be times when there are no surveys available that match you.
That’s why I’d highly recommend you join several survey websites. That way, you increase the number of surveys that you do qualify for.
Plus, when the minimum threshold is $0 or less than $5, you don’t have to worry about splitting your time across multiple websites.
So don’t just sign up for one website, sign up for a few of them!
Get a PayPal account
If you don’t already have one, sign up for a PayPal account. Having a PayPal account makes it very easy and quick for you to get paid and there are many survey sites that pay via PayPal.
Closing Thoughts
You shouldn’t have to wait for ages in order to be able to withdraw the money you make from surveys. It’s your money, you’ve earned it, so you shouldn’t have to build up some ridiculous $50 balance to get it.
Whether you have a $1 In your account or $30 in your account, it’s good to know that with the sites above, you don’t have to hit a super high payout minimum in order to get your cash!
Try these survey sites with no minimum payout.
Chris
The issue for me is demographics…because some sites will Allow you to register just to tell you that the survey is not available in your country….and secondly ive learned that in some cases or most…. honesty doesn’t pay ….so would it be advisable to tweak here and there….because some sites want high value people…..pls advise
