Are there any catches?
For the most part, renting out spaces is fairly easy and very profitable.
There are some things to consider before listing your spot.
You must be sure you own the rights to rent your parking spot.
Your community has decided to participate in this type of sharing economy.
A quick call to a landlord, tenant board, or your local government can get you the answers you are looking for.
If you are renting your driveway or garage and you own the property which they sit own there should be no problems.
