Current free perfume samples
The easiest way to find sample is searching on Google (or your favorite search engine.)
Unfortunately, it is very hard and time-consuming as you have to deal with tons of so called freebies that ask you to answer pages of surveys, and at the end, you find out you don’t “qualify”!
That said, I did some research and found a few current ones. These were current at the time of writing this post.
FREE Sample of:
- Dolce by Dolce & Gabbana Fragrance
- Philosophy Live Joyously Fragrance
- Charlotte Tilbury’s Scent Of A Dream
- Dior Poison Fragrance
Ok, those were just an example of the kind of freebies you can get. But what if you want more? Other fragrance brands?
Below, we’ve gathered a variety of methods and places where you can get your hands on some free perfume!
1. Become a beauty product tester
In order to improve their products, beauty brands need consumers to test out their products and provide feedback. These companies use this feedback to improve their products. In exchange, brands are willing to send consumers products for free!
So, consider participating in a beauty product testing panel, and you could get your hands on some free fragrance samples.
Check out our in-depth post on beauty product testing panels.
2. Subscribe to All You magazine’s Daily Free Samples
The very popular women magazine, All You, has a section on their website where they give out one free sample every single day.
They don’t give out perfume samples every day, but they do once in a while.
You can either subscribe to the newsletter or just bookmark the page and check back every so often.
Here are examples of some of their past perfume giveaways:
- Free Mary Kay Fragrance Sample
- Free Fragrance Sample from Victoria’s Secret
- Free Escada Perfume Sample
- Free Lacoste Fragrance Sample
- Free Sample of Burberry Body Fragrance

4. Check out Sephora’s Free Beauty Samples
If you want to get your hands on some free perfume (as well as other beauty products), then you should definitely check out Sephora. Both online and offline, Sephora offers fragrance samples.
Online, you can choose up to 3 free samples from a selection of a dozen. The selection changes depending on the time of the year.
Again, these are not just perfumes (they include all kinds of beauty related products) but every time I checked, the selection included at least a few perfume samples.
The last time I checked, for example, the available options included:
- Gucci Guilty Eau de Toilette Spray – 0.05 oz
- Thierry Mugler Alien Eau de Parfum Spray – 0.04 oz
- Hugo Boss BOSS THE SCENT Eau de Toilette Spray – 0.05 oz
How to get it
It’s very simple and can be done very quickly.
- Visit http://www.sephora.com/free-beauty-samples.
- Pick 3 from the available list and add them to your “order”.
- Then continue to checkout, enter your shipping info and you’re done.
Note: Even though you are placing an “order” and going through the checkout, this is totally free. You don’t need to enter any payment info (unless you are also buying other stuff from the site). And yes, the shipping (for the perfume samples) are free.
If you plan to visit Sephora in person, then make sure you tell the staff member at the counter that you’re looking to try to some new fragrances – you’re more likely to get a free sample if you do this, as the brand likes its customers to sample things they haven’t tried before.
5. Check the perfume manufacturer’s site for freebies or sample section
Next time you visit the website of your favorite perfume brand, check to see if they have a free sample section – many of them do. Usually, there’s a tab at the bottom or top of the home page.
If it’s not there, then look through the menu to see if you can find a free samples tab.
6. Get free perfume samples by mail
This is a pretty effective way to get some free stuff. If you can’t find a section for free samples on the manufacturer’s website, then look for the company’s email address or physical address.
Write an email or a letter to the company that explains how much you like the brand, state that you’d like to try more of its products and ask for some free samples.
This doesn’t always work, but it’s definitely worth a try!
7. Look on freebie websites
On freebie websites, you can find samples from your favorite perfume brands, whether it’s Gucci or Victoria Secret.

Think about your favorite perfume brands, follow them on social media and watch out for free sample offers.
9. Try out a product review site
A lot of brands, especially smaller ones, need reviews to increase the visibility of their products, and these reviews don’t need to come from a professional writer either.
Brands want regular people to review their stuff.
It exchange for these reviews, companies are willing to compensate you with free products.

A lot of the review opportunities you find through the sites above won’t just offer free samples – some might offer full sized products too.

All you have to do is ask.
Even if they don’t hold any samples of the fragrance you’re after, a lot of assistants on the counters will decant a bottle to make a sample for you.
11. Look inside magazines
If you read women’s fashion magazines, then a super easy way to find free perfume samples is to look inside them. Often, they have these samples pinned to advertisements within the magazine.
For men, many “Man” themed magazines also have free cologne samples within the pages.
You don’t have to pay for the magazines either, as there are many places online where you can get them mailed to you for free.
