For example, a store may hire seasonal workers during the holidays to cover the extra people shopping during that time of year.

I see lots of people online ask, “Does Amazon hire seasonal workers?”
It sure does! Amazon has a list of seasonal jobs it’s hiring for right on its website.
I’d highly recommend checking that out.
At the time of writing, Amazon had a variety of positions available, from warehouse team member to Amazon Locker team member. You can also find tons of Amazon work at home jobs.
A typical Amazon seasonal job pays $15 an hour.

Another company to look at if you’re looking to pick up some work is Macy’s. It offers a selection of seasonal jobs in a range of categories, from Cosmetic & Beauty to Distribution Centers.

Some websites have a section just for seasonal work. But Walmart and Target don’t seem too. So I searched the term, “seasonal” on the company’s careers section and it came up with plenty of results.
Walmart had a few seasonal jobs available, like Seasonal Human Resources Clerical and eCommerce Seasonal Warehouse Associate.

Best Buy has a selection of seasonal jobs posted on its careers section. Just do a search for the word, “Seasonal” on its jobs website, and you’ll get plenty of results.
At the time of writing, the website had lots of positions available for general warehouse workers.
