So far my experience with PHIL has been the worst. If I could give a thumbs down I would. Extremely unprofessional, Judith hung up on me and even though she had my number she didn’t call me back. Amber told me that they couldn’t help me and refused to let me speak with a person in charge. My prescription company gave me their information and promised that all I needed to do was contact them and they’d take care of the rest. Basically without help there’s nothing I can do to get this prescription for my son with ADHD which has expired.

I’m extremely unhappy about having to use this company to get my specialty medication. It has been over 2 weeks since it was sent in and all it says its “processing”. Every time I have contacted them I get told it takes 3-5 business days. Today when I called them the woman I was speaking to was rude as hell and she informed me that she could just cancel out the insurance and they will charge my card for the full amount. That’s well over $1000 dollars. Not happening! Oh and here’s the real kicker! My regular pharmacy originally got the prescription and in just 1 hour they had insurance approve it only to find out they couldn’t get the actual medication. Now its sent out to this company and they just give you the run around. I’m going to research on my own and see if some other company can get it or is this basically a monopoly situation. Now supposedly someone who is supposed to be able to help me is going to call in 24 hours. This is ridiculous. I really do not want to use this company but it looks like I’m stuck with them. Pure ridiculousness.

I am so sorry you have had to deal with that, Christin. It’s unfortunate. And thank you for sharing your experience. I hope you can find a solution.
