1. NumLookup
NumLookup brags about being the No. 1 site for phone number searches, and I don’t blame them.
Why? Unlike some similar platforms, you don’t need to register your credit card or sign up for an account to look up a number. (The number of free searches you can conduct each day is limited, though.)
To research a mobile, landline, or VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) number, go to the righthand corner where you’ll find the “Lookup” and “Spydial” sections. The “Lookup” option allows you to search by name or number. The “Spydial” option lets you call a number while remaining anonymous.
2. Spy Dialer

7. USPhoneSearch
Via USPhoneSearch, you can view all sorts of information through someone’s phone number like their past and present address, names of family members, and additional phone numbers.

Twitter isn’t just for reading tweets of the latest news. You can use it to search for a number without spending money.
