Basically, they offer a mix of different workouts. If you’re looking for a variety of workouts and a cheap gym alternative, then give these places a try.

Sell offers tons of different workouts that are free!
There are lots of different exercises on offer like, a full-body workout for beginners that hits all your major muscles, a 20-minute low-impact HIIT workout for total-body strength, and a 15-minute butt and legs workout you can do anywhere.
3. Freeletics Training Coach
Okay, so next we have the very popular Freeletics Training Coach app. With it, you can get 25 exercises, 20 HIIT bodyweight workouts, and 20 audio sessions, plus workout spots and a community of millions.

ClassPass is offering a selection of free home workout videos. It features more than 4,000 free on-demand online workouts that include HIIT and strength training, cardio, yoga, barre and more, so there’s plenty to choose from here!
9. Nike Training Club
Next on the list we have the Nike Training Club app. On offer are more than 185 free online fitness classes. There’s tons of offer, like bodyweight-only workouts that you can do with minimal to no equipment, yoga classes, cardio, and HIIT.

With the FitOn app, you can get free home exercise videos, personalized fitness plans, and guided mediations.

12. J&J Official 7 Minute Workout
Johnson & Johnson has an app that offers workout classes. It’s called the J&J Official 7 Minute Workout.
There are a ton of workouts on offer here. You can get access to a workout library that features more than 22 preset workouts, workouts ranging from 7 to 32 minutes, and 72 exercises and 22 workouts that you can actually customize to create more than 1,000 variations ranging in difficulty!

With the Daily Butt Workout app, you can get a daily 5 to 10 minute daily butt and leg routine that you can do at home. If you’re looking for a quick online fitness class, then this could be the app for you!

Next up we have 8fit. It’s a workout app and meal planner. On the app, you’ll find more than 350 exercises with a variety of levels that you can progress through.
And, the app’s workouts only take 5 to 20 minutes. So, you can easily fit in a quick workout!
15. Workout for Women
You can get workouts you can do in just 7 minutes with the Workout for Women app. It’s great if you’re just getting started with fitness because it offers beginner-friendly exercises and no gym or workout equipment is needed to do the exercises.

Culpeper Sport & Fitness offers free live fitness classes on Zoom. And, you can even view archived videos. No equipment is usually required for the workouts either. There’s everything from yoga to aerobics to Zumba classes on offer.
17. HASfit
HASfit, which stands for Heart And Soul fitness, has given away more than 100 million free workouts. It offers free, full length workout videos to suit all fitness levels. It offers everything from 45 minute resistance band workouts to 20 minute low impact HIIT.

When I work out, which is really not as often as I should, I prefer to train with weights. Kettlebells specifically. Barbells are great too for deadlifts. If you like weight training, then you’ll definitely want to give the sites below a try.

If bodybuilding is your thing, give Pro Gym Workout a try. There are more than 120 exercises on offer on the app and a ton of workouts like cardio workouts, leg workouts, and ab workouts. And, there are a ton of fitness workouts and programs on offer too!

JEFIT Workout Tracker offers workouts to suit all fitness levels from beginner programs to advanced bodybuilding routines.
For anyone who enjoys doing weights over bodyweight exercises (as I do!), JEFIT Workout Tracker is great because it offers weightlifting, powerlifting, and kettlebell routines.
Free Celebrity Trainer Workouts
If you want workouts from a celebrity trainer, then make sure you check out these free workout classes.
Now, before you do, it’s important to note that most classes from celebrity trainers are not free indefinitely. Instead, most offer a free trial period where you can try out the workouts for free. So, if you do sign up for a free trial make sure that you cancel your subscription before the trial period ends.
28. Kira Stokes Fit
Kira Stokes has more than 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and has trained clients like Shay Mitchel, Ashley Graham, and Josh Groban.
The celebrity personal trainer and group fitness coach is known for her form-focused training, which includes strength training, cardiovascular conditioning, sports specific drills, barre, yoga and Pilates.
Stokes has an app called Kira Stokes Fit that’s free for 7 days. You can cancel at any time. After that, it costs $14.99 a month or $144.99 a year.
29. Don Saladino
Don Saladino has coached actors, athletes, musicians, and business executives for more than 20 years. He has trained a ton of Hollywood actors for the big screen including Ryan Reynolds, Blake Lively, Jake Gyllenhaal, John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Liev Schreiber, Sebastian Stan, Anne Hathaway, Zachary Levi, Hugh Jackman, and David Harbour.
