How Does eSurveyBox Work?
Like other similar sites such as Valued Opinions, Opinion Outpost, Survey Junkie and Surveys On The Go, it allows you to earn money taking surveys.
Here’s how it works:
Step One: Sign up
The first step is to visit the eSurveyBox website and sign up.
It’s free to join. When you complete the sign-up form on the site, you will be able to select your country from the list of dropdown options.
Countries include:
- United States
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Australia
- Brazil
- China
- Germany
- Spain
- France
- Ireland
- India
- Italy
- Jamaica
- Japan
- Mexico
- Nigeria
- Netherlands
- New Zealand
- Philippines
You will need to enter some details like your name, gender, date of birth, and address.
Step Two: Take surveys
Once you’ve signed up for the site, you will be able to start taking surveys. The surveys on offer vary in length. Generally, surveys take between 5 minutes and 20 minutes to complete. The site includes a time estimate in the survey panel, so that you know how long a survey is expected to take.
In return for taking a survey, you will earn points. These points will be added to your account once they have been credited.
The number of points you get for completing a survey varies, but it is specified in the survey panel, so you can view your expected earnings.
Step Three: Redeem your points for rewards
Once you have completed surveys and earned points, you can cash them out for rewards. Now, you must have at least 5,000 eSurveyBox points in your account before you can redeem them for a reward. So, eSurveyBox isn’t one of those survey sites with no minimum payout.

Is eSurveyBox Legit?
eSurveyBox is a legit survey website that gives you an easy way to earn free gift cards and PayPal cash when you complete surveys from home.
When I review companies, I usually seek out other user reviews on platforms like Reddit, Trustpilot, and the Better Business Bureau (BBB), but I couldn’t find a mention of eSurveyBox on any of those platforms.
So, unfortunately, there’s no way to see a Trustpilot rating or a BBB rating for the company right now.
I did, however, have a look on ScamAdviser. On there, eSurveyBox has a 100/100 Trustscore. It highlights a number of facts that indicate that eSurveyBox is legit.
For example, ScamAdviser states that the site is 4 years old. That’s a great sign as it shows that the site has been around a few years, and it’s not just some scam site that’s only recently been set up.
Another factor that speaks to the site’s legitimacy is the fact that it is SSL encrypted. This means that any data shared between your browser and the website is encrypted and it can’t be read by others.
Now, the only negative that ScamAdviser mentions is that the identity of the owner of the website is hidden on WHOIS.
There isn’t much information available about who owns eSurveyBox. On the company’s about page, you won’t find much information either. It’s a pretty uninspired white page, with a small bit of text that doesn’t reveal anything pertinent about the company.
It doesn’t mean it’s a scam or anything, but it’s always better when a company’s about page provides information about its founders and headquarters.
There’s no address on the company’s site either. On Crunchbase, there’s a page about eSurveyBox, and it says the company is located in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.
On the company’s actual site, I couldn’t find that information to confirm its address.
eSurveyBox Pros and Cons
Here are some pros and cons of the company, which can help you decide whether you want to give eSurveyBox a try.
Pros
- Lots of gift card options available
- PayPal payments available to international users.
- Surveys are only 5 to 20 minutes, so they are quick to do.
- You can get paid to take surveys from home.
Cons
- No PayPal payments available for those in the USA or Canada.
- There are no reviews of eSurveyBox on sites like Reddit, BBB, or Sitejabber. So, it’s difficult to know what the common consensus is among the site’s users.
- Not as many survey opportunities available on there compared to other survey sites.
eSurveyBox Review Verdict
Overall, eSurveyBox seems to be a legit website that pays you for taking surveys. Unfortunately, there aren’t any eSurveyBox reviews or ratings on sites like Trustpilot. So, it’s tough to know what the common consensus is among the site’s users. Still though, eSurveyBox appears to be a legit survey site that you can use to earn free gift cards.
There are a couple of downsides, like the fact that those in the USA or Canada don’t have the option to get paid via PayPal, and that it doesn’t offer quite as many surveys as other sites do. This means that you’re unlikely to earn much using this site alone.
It’s a good idea to use a few different survey sites to maximize your earnings, such as:
Overall, though, eSurveyBox is a decent site, and one you might consider using alongside other survey sites.
