Does Target take Apple pay?

When using Apple Pay, you don’t have to share your credit card or debit card information with the retailer either, so this can make for a secure and private way to pay.

Closing Thoughts
If you are heading into your local Target store, then you will be able to use Apple Pay to pay for your purchases. Unfortunately, according to the official Target website, Apple Pay isn’t currently accepted as a payment method at Target.com or in the app.
Do keep a lookout though to see if Target eventually does allow it to be used on its website or app. Companies are always changing their policies, so Target may, in the future, become one of the retailers that take Apple Pay on their website at Target.com or in the Target app.
By the way, you can pay with Apple Pay at Target with no fees or limitations!
