Sometimes though, my local store doesn’t have the particular item that I’m looking for, or the stuff available doesn’t suit the style of my home, and sometimes, I just want to try shopping elsewhere to see what other bargains I can find.
I have a list of go-to stores like HomeGoods where you can find a range of homeware. Some of these places are super cheap, just like HomeGoods, and others are a little more expensive but provide a great selection of products to decorate your home with.

Here are the best home decor stores similar to HomeGoods.
1. Homesense
One of the best stores like HomeGoods is Homesense. In fact, the two retailers are actually owned by the same company – TJX Companies.
This means that you can find homeware for the same low prices at Homesense as you can at HomeGoods.
Find everything from cheap rugs to art to sofas at affordable prices. The quality of the products is good too and you can find pieces to suit all tastes. So, it’s super easy to elevate the look of your home when you shop at Homesense.
2. IKEA
IKEA is one of the best home décor stores around with furniture to boost every room in your home.
I love the storage solutions at IKEA. They’re just really good for organizing your home and making it look better.
The furniture there is great too. You can find everything from desks for the office to beds.
Pretty much everything at IKEA is on the affordable side too, making it a great alternative to HomeGoods.

Styles at IKEA are modern though, so if you have a more classic-style décor, you’d be better off with other stores. If contemporary home décor is your thing though, then you’ll love IKEA!

Target has such a good combination of style, affordability, and quality when it comes to its homeware selection.

CB2 is a good alternative to HomeGoods if you are looking for modern furniture and contemporary home décor.
What I will say though is that CB2 is more expensive than HomeGoods and some of the other stores on the list, like Homesense and IKEA. So, if you are looking for bargain prices, CB2 isn’t the best choice.
It does have a clearance section on the site though where you can get up to 60% off, so there are savings to be had at the store.
What makes CB2 a great homeware store is that it has a large product range. You can get dining chairs, nightstands, sofas, rugs, lighting, outdoor furniture, home accessories, and more at CB2. The products are great quality too!

Wayfair is one of my favorite home décor stores, providing such a wide selection of products.
The reason that I love it so much is the range of styles that it offers. At Wayfair, It’s not just modern-style furniture that’s available, like you’ll find at IKEA.
You can find traditional stuff, rustic items, and farmhouse-style pieces, in addition to contemporary-style pieces at Wayfair.
The site features 5,000 brands of furniture, lighting, cookware, and more, so there’s so much to choose from at Wayfair.
Prices for stuff at Wayfair vary a lot. You can find some really cheap stuff and some really expensive stuff.
Thankfully, Wayfair allows you to filter products by price. Just select “Price Per Item: Low to High” on the drop-down menu next to “Sort By.”
Wayfair often runs sales, and you can get free shipping on many items too.
7. Marshalls
Marshalls is an off-price department store that’s actually a sister company to HomeGoods. Both are owned by TJX Companies.
Marshalls stocks products across a lot of different categories from clothing to toys, and, of course, home décor.
As you’d expect to find at HomeGoods, Marshalls has products that are really low priced without sacrificing quality.

I have always shopped a lot on Amazon, but since we moved into our new place, I’ve ordered a ton of stuff from there. It has absolutely everything you can think of, whether that’s a wardrobe, curtains, rugs, or drawers.
Prices on Amazon vary but are typically really affordable. If you have a Prime membership, you can get free shipping on Prime eligible orders. And there’s no shipping minimum.

AllModern is very similar to Wayfair in terms of products and pricing.
