On the perks, tools, and tips pages, you’ll find pretty generic information on freelancing and working from home. There’s nothing groundbreaking. Plus, every page on the site is filled with ads, to the point where you have to take a moment to figure out what is content and what is just, well, an ad.

In the current openings section, you’ll find a list of generic freelance job titles. Each comes with a description and payment details.

Here are a few examples:

• Freelance blogging jobs: Talent Desire claims that you can earn $75 to $225 or more per day, with a “minimum work” guarantee of $1,500 per month.
• Medical transcription jobs: Talent Desire claims that you can earn $90 to $180 or more per day, with a “minimum work” guarantee of $2,250 per month.
• Online typing jobs: Talent Desire claims that you can earn $45 to $90 or more per day.

Other job types listed on the site include:

• Language translation jobs
• Content writing jobs
• Online teaching jobs
• Online proofreading jobs
• Online paid survey jobs
• Affiliate marketing jobs

Click on any of these jobs, and you’re taken to a page with some pretty non-descript information and a TON of ads! Then, trying to find the form to apply for jobs takes ages.

There’s not much else to say about how the site works because it doesn’t really work. Not in my experience testing the site, and not according to other users if the dire Talent Desire reviews you find online are anything to go by.

So, that’s all I’ll say about what the site has to “offer.” Let’s move on to why Talent Desire is not legit.

Is Talent Desire Legit?

Talent Desire is not a legit platform!

The site doesn’t offer any real ways to make money from home. Instead, it’s littered with ads that it likely uses to make money from users who click on them.

The site is difficult to navigate and doesn’t provide anything of value.

Overall, Talent Desire is not legit and not worth your time.

Here are some red flags about the site:

No Sign-Up Form on the Homepage

Most freelance sites like UpWork and Fiverr require you to sign up to apply for jobs. Talent Desire does not have any type of sign-up form on the homepage.

As with any site I review, I visit and try to figure out the sign-up process. Most of the time, it’s straightforward, as sites generally have a sign-up form or link to a sign-up page right on their homepage. Talent Desire does not. I had to navigate through a maze of pages to find any form where I could enter information. That’s not a good sign.

All “Jobs” Lead to a Generic Application Page

If you click on one of the jobs on the site, you’re taken to a job description page, which includes things like the requirements, what’s on offer, and the pay rate. And, a TON of ads.

Scroll through all of the information and ads, and you’ll see a red “Apply Now” button. If you click it, you’re taken to an “Apply Now” page.

No matter what job you click on, after clicking “Apply Now” on the job description page, you are always taken to this same URL: https://www.talentdesire.com/apply-now/

There’s No Application Form on the Application Page (Go Figure!)

Visit that “Apply Now” page, and you’ll again have to scroll down and click yet another link: the “Select an application form” link.

Click that, and you’ll be taken to another page (https://www.talentdesire.com/application-form-workathome/), where you can enter more information? Um, no. There’s yet another link to click.

Actually, there are two options to choose from: an online form and an offline one. I clicked on the “Online Application Form” option.

I was taken to another page (https://www.talentdesire.com/online-application-form-workathome/) and still found NO application form to fill in. You need a lot of patience to navigate this site, I’ll tell you.

I then saw “FILL IN YOUR DETAILS TO APPLY AND WORK WITH US” and clicked on it. Finally, finally, I was taken to a page (https://www.talentdesire.com/fill-in-your-details-to-apply-and-work-with-us/) with an actual form!

The purpose of Talent Desire is supposed to be to help people find and apply for work-from-home jobs. If that is the case, why does Talent Desire make it so difficult to find the application form?

Well, I believe it’s to get you to click on one of the billion ads that appear on the site, which brings me to the next red flag…

There Are Ads, Ads, and More Ads

On every page I visited on this site, I was bombarded with ads. Literally every page. If there was a section of the site that Talent Desire could cram an ad into, it did. Ads everywhere. I think that is how the site is making its money.

When users view or click on these ads, it’s likely that Talent Desire makes money. The thing is, there are so many ads that it would be easy for someone to accidentally click on one. And I think that’s exactly why Talent Desire includes so many ads – the site hopes that users will click on them accidentally.

Concerns About Data Privacy

When you finally find the application form to share any actual information, there’s the issue that Talent Desire may share it. The company says in its Privacy Policy, “As a global organization, data we collect may be transferred internationally throughout Talent Desire’s worldwide organization.”

That’s pretty vague, and it could mean that the company is sharing your information with third-party organizations.

Claims of High-Paying Jobs

Like many non-legit sites, Talent Desire claims that people can earn $100s or $1,000s. Sure, you can earn $100s or $1,000s working online, but you usually have to build up to that amount.

You don’t usually start out earning that much. Any site that claims you can earn a ton of money with no experience is usually a scam.

Overall Verdict

Talent Desire may not be scamming you in the traditional sense, in that you’re not going to lose any money, but it doesn’t seem to actually offer any real ways to make money as it claims to. The site makes a bunch of false promises of high-paying jobs while, in reality, it’s simply making money from the huge number of ads that are littered all over the site.

If you want to make money from home, there are much better sites out there, such as Upwork and Fiverr.
