Driscoll’s Berry Survey Panel Review (Shut Down!)

Driscoll's Rewards Consumer Panel

Update

Unfortunately, the company has decided to shut down the panel community. It will be officially closed at the end of 2024. If you are already a panel member and have points, you have until December 31, 2024, to redeem them. After that date, your points will expire as the program will no longer exist. If you’ve spent any time in the produce section, you might have noticed that coupons for produce are hard to come by. Even more so if you’re looking for organic produce!

The good news is that Driscoll’s is offering a new way for you to get discounts on their berries with two new programs. There are discounts for all their types of berries, including organic varieties.

You can look for Driscoll’s at Target, Meijer, or Kroger (and Kroger affiliates, like Albertson’s or Ralph’s).

Driscoll’s Rewards Club & Consumer Advisory Panel

There are two programs: one is called the Rewards Club, and the other is called the Consumer Advisory Panel.

Driscoll’s refers to these as the “Berry Community.”

You can choose to be part of one or both of them; there is no restriction between the two.

They’re also offering a $0.50 coupon just for registering.

1. The Consumer Advisory Panel

  • You can earn coupons and discounts for doing surveys online.
  • Gain increasing rewards for filling out more surveys.

2. The Rewards Club

  • Receive emails with offers, promotions, coupons, recipes, and health tips.
  • Receive a gift from Driscoll’s for your birthday.
  • Be eligible for contests and other free prizes.

How Do I Apply?

Everybody is welcome in the Berry Community. Just type “Berry Community” into your preferred search engine. If you want the exact URL, it is https://www.driscolls.com/about/rewards-program.

It requires some information to register, specifically, your name, email address, and zip code.

Contests

Driscoll’s holds regular contests that you can enter even if you aren’t a member of the Berry Community!

The current sweepstakes is offering a year’s worth of berries and a Breville sandwich press for the grand prize. They’re also offering two separate first prizes that will give you a year’s worth of berries, so it would be a good idea to enter the contest no matter what.

You can enter the sweepstakes at https://www.driscolls.com/blogs/sweepstakes-contests.

Rewards for Completing Surveys

The Consumer Advisory Panel gives you a coupon for every survey you complete.

The cool thing is that the more surveys you take, the more valuable coupons you earn. The stacking reward system works like this: $0.50 for the first few surveys, $0.75 for the 5th-15th surveys, and $1.00 for the 16th survey and each survey after that.

To complete a survey, you need to use the tracking number from the bottom of a Driscoll’s berry container. (You can also use the QR code if you have a smartphone.)

You’ll receive the coupon in an email, which you can then print.

Final Words

I think if you buy Driscoll’s products, this is a great way to save money on your groceries, or at least part of it. Not only do you get valuable coupons, but you also get a chance to win prizes with their sweepstakes.

For some people, the best part may be the fact that they get to voice their opinion about products they use.

Either way, let me know what you think, and whether or not you are going to join. Or if you are already a member, let me know about your experience and how you like it so far.

I have learned a long time ago to trust Driscoll for having the best berries on the shelf. Far better in taste and ripeness. The carton has generally a uniform ripeness . But imagine my surprise when I shopped at Sam’s club yesterday and without question, bought a 32 oz. package of Driscoll strawberries. When I went to work them up I was very stunned at the toughness of the berries. They were both hard and tough, and lacked the flavor of strawberries. . My wife ate one and said that she didn’t want any more of them, and she loves strawberries. I was very stunned, and now I afraid I will have to shy away from buying Driscoll berries for awhile.
