How Does FreedomPop Work?
FreedomPop is a provider of mobile phone and internet services.
It features a number of free and very cheap cell phone plans, data and internet plans.
Each plan comes with a certain amount of data, texts and minutes.
Unlike other providers, like T-Mobile and Sprint, FreedomPop does not offer traditional contracts.
This means that you aren’t locked into paying a set amount for a certain period.
Instead, you pay for your phone on a month by month basis.
This is ideal, because if you find that FreedomPop’s services aren’t for you, then you can easily switch carriers after just one month.
FP offers mobile phone plans, which each have a set amount of minutes, texts, and data.

It also offers plans for internet devices, like a hotspot, modem or USB stick.
With FP, you have the option to purchase a device from the brand, or bring your own and simply purchase a SIM card.
If you do decide to bring your own mobile device, then it has to be Sprint compatible.
As the company doesn’t offer traditional contracts, when you buy a phone from the brand, as soon as you pay for it, you own it.
Unlike many other providers of budget cell phone and internet plans, FreedomPop doesn’t offer low-quality devices – you’ll find Samsung and iPhones available to purchase.
Handily enough, FP has a whole section on how to set up each device.
FreedomPop Cellphone & Services
What’s great about this provider is the variety of plans on offer.
Whether you need unlimited calls or only a small amount of data, FP offers different plans for its phones, SIM cards, and internet devices.
Each plan is also priced differently – so you can find one to suit your budget.

Is FreedomPop Legitimate?
FP is a legitimate provider of internet and mobile services.
If you check out FreedomPop Reddit posts or reviews on the Google Play or iTunes store, you’ll see that most of them are incredibly positive.
The company’s internet plans and the free plan for cell phones are both great, as are all of the brands’ other plans.
And, the fact that it uses the networks of well-known providers Sprint and AT&T is another plus.
Is FreedomPop Worth the Switch?
If you want to save money, then you should definitely consider ditching your current plan to one of FreedomPop’s.
When it comes to price, FP is hard to beat.
If you mainly use your Wi-Fi to access the internet, and you don’t require many minutes or texts each month, then the free plan is definitely worthwhile.
Imagine saving $148 per month?
You’d have saved more than $1,700 by the end of the year!
And, it’s paid plans are also a bargain too. With many of them, you get unlimited calls and texts, and a generous amount of data.
Unfortunately for SIM cards and phones, there’s no plan available that comes with unlimited data.
But, since research suggests that the average person only uses 2GB to 3GB of data each month, it’s not really a big deal.
After all, with FreedomPop’s plans, you can get up to 4GB of data, for less than $80 per month!
And, there’s also the option for unlimited data for WhatsApp.
Closing Thoughts
As you see from this FreedomPop review, it’s a good service provider, with a lot to offer.
Overall, FreedomPop is a great service that anyone on a budget should look into.
You don’t get unlimited data, but you do get an awful lot considering how little you pay!

I have searched for this sort of plan for so long.
