10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If a dispute arises, we agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If that fails, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in St. Louis County, Missouri, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to a jury trial or class action.
